Bayern Munich ready to listen to offers from five players
Things calmed down for Bayern Munich in the transfer window. The German champions are looking to sort out permanent loans and departures before looking for new names. The club hierarchy has insisted the transfer budget has been severely affected due to the pandemic.
According to Bild, Die Roten is looking to cash five players before thinking of making new recruits. According to this report, the five players who could be sold are Joshua Zirkzee, Mickael Cuisance, Bouna Sarr, Corentin Tolisso and Oliver Batista-Meier.
Tolisso has been constantly linked with a move from Bavaria since last summer. The French midfielder remained at the club last summer after Thiago Alcantara left for Liverpool. With a year left on his contract, there’s a good chance Rekordmeister will be looking to cash in this summer. Italian giants – Juventus and Inter Milan have been linked with the France international.
Sarr could have a short career in Bavaria. The French defender arrived at the club during the last transfer window to bring depth to the right-back position. However, injuries and poor form kept him struggling throughout the first campaign. With Rekordmeister reportedly looking for another right-back, Sarr might not have a future at the club.
Zirkzee returned to the club this summer after a difficult loan spell at Parma in the second half of last season. He is unlikely to have any playing time in the first team, so a permanent transfer could benefit all parties. Die Roten may even think of sanctioning a loan with an obligation to purchase if a good offer reaches it.
Similar to Zirkzee, Cooked also had a really bad loan spell last season. He struggled to play in Marseille. Even though recent reports suggest Cuisance want to fight for a place in Bavaria, the club will be looking to part ways for good this summer. Galatasaray has reportedly shown interest in the young French midfielder.
Batista-Meier was on loan at Heerenveen last season. The young German midfielder was left with just 15 Eredivisie appearances. He is currently finding a big fight to find a place in Die Roten’s first team, so a permanent move would benefit him to get consistent playing time.

Apart from these five actors, doubts remain about the future of Niklas sule. The German defender has also entered the last 12 months of his contract. He is expected to meet with the club and Julian Nagelsmann after his vacation. The German champions will look to wrap up starts as soon as possible and try to bring in two new players before the window ends. Right-back, midfielder and winger would be areas for Die Roten to tackle.
